This South Miami-Dade Neighborhood Market needed a single continuous polished floor across the sales, produce and grocery areas. Polished Solution mobilized a crew from Sarasota and phased the work by department so casework, coolers and racking could be set behind the polishing sequence.
Scope of Work
- Polished Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Naranja, Florida.
- Approximately 30,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
- Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
- Sequenced with the retail construction schedule and protected through turnover.
