Venice and Nokomis have been steady work for us for years, from Venice Gardens through the new commercial and institutional construction running down US-41 and Jacaranda Boulevard. Most of it is fresh slab, which is the ideal case: we polish straight off the pour once the concrete has cured, with no coating removal and no surprises underneath.
South Sarasota County jobs are close enough for daily crew runs from our Sarasota shop, so a GC in Venice gets the same response time as one downtown. We coordinate directly with the superintendent on cure schedule, protection and phasing so the floor is polished at the right point in the finish sequence instead of being ground twice.
We finish everything from 400-grit warehouse and back-of-house slabs to 3000-grit mirror floors in Venice retail and residential interiors, all self-performed with our own grinders and dust extraction.
