Project Overview

Currently underway - a combined 60,000 and 20,000 square feet polished to an 800-grit finish.

Sarasota County's new fleet maintenance hub in Nokomis is a large service campus with dozens of bays supporting fire, sheriff and county vehicles. Polished Solution is polishing the maintenance and administrative areas to a finish built for oil, coolant and steel-wheeled equipment traffic.

Scope of Work

• Polished Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Nokomis, Florida.
• Approximately 20,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
• Finished to a 800-grit sheen with a densified, burnished surface.
• Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
• Sequenced with the municipality construction schedule and protected through turnover.
