Project Overview

3,000 square feet of polished concrete living quarters finished to an 800-grit finish.

Clay County's Station #11 in Keystone Heights is roughly 10,000 square feet with three drive-through double apparatus bays. Polished Solution polished the bays and support spaces for a hard, wash-down-friendly floor that holds up to apparatus tires and equipment carts.

Scope of Work

• Polished Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Keystone Heights, Florida.
• Approximately 3,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
• Finished to a 800-grit sheen with a densified, burnished surface.
• Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
• Sequenced with the municipality construction schedule and protected through turnover.
