Fire Station #87 is a roughly $10 million station serving the fast-growing Wellen Park area of North Port. Polished Solution polished a combined 10,000 square feet to an 800-grit finish, covering the apparatus bay and the crew spaces so the entire station shares one durable, low-maintenance floor.

Scope of Work

• Polished Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Wellen Park, Florida.
• Approximately 10,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
• Finished to a 800-grit sheen with a densified, burnished surface.
• Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
• Sequenced with the municipality construction schedule and protected through turnover.
