Tenant improvement of a Burlington store with a fully polished finish to 1500-grit.

Big-box apparel retail needs a bright, uniform floor across a large open sales area. Polished Solution polished the slab in phases so fixture crews could follow directly behind the polishing sequence and hold the store's opening date.

Scope of Work

• Polished Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Brooksville, Florida.
• Finished to a 1500-grit sheen with a densified, burnished surface.
• Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
• Sequenced with the retail construction schedule and protected through turnover.
