Currently underway - 2,000 square feet of polished and stained concrete for a tenant improvement.

Hot Topic's Estero tenant improvement is currently underway, with Polished Solution grinding, staining and polishing roughly 2,000 square feet of slab to a dark, high-gloss finish that reflects the store's track lighting. The scope is being sequenced around the retail build-out so the floor is handed over ready for fixtures and merchandise.

Scope of Work

• Polished & Stained Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Estero, Florida.
• Approximately 2,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
• Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
• Sequenced with the retail construction schedule and protected through turnover.
