Project Overview

2,000 square feet of polished and stained concrete with a clear urethane top coat for a tenant improvement.

The expansion tied a new sales area into an existing store, so the challenge was matching the finish across two slabs of different age. Polished Solution ground both to a common profile and polished them out so the transition reads as one continuous floor.

Scope of Work

• Stained Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Bradenton, Florida.
• Approximately 2,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
• Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
• Sequenced with the retail construction schedule and protected through turnover.
