A 6,000 square foot store in a grocery-anchored center in New York's Hudson Valley. Polished Solution mobilized out of state, worked the fit-out schedule with the general contractor, and delivered the chain's polished concrete sales-floor standard.

Scope of Work

• Polished Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Stony Point, Florida.
• Approximately 10,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
• Finished to a 400-grit sheen with a densified, burnished surface.
• Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
• Sequenced with the retail construction schedule and protected through turnover.
