Project Overview

Roughly 22,000 square feet of polished concrete finished to an 800-grit finish throughout the sales floor.

A PetSmart store outside Charlotte, finished to the same polished concrete prototype Polished Solution has delivered across the Southeast. The crew traveled in, ground and densified the sales floor, and turned it over on schedule for fixture installation.

Scope of Work

• Polished Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Matthews, Florida.
• Approximately 22,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
• Finished to a 800-grit sheen with a densified, burnished surface.
• Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
• Sequenced with the retail construction schedule and protected through turnover.
