Project Overview

Family Dollar in Tampa included 8,000 square feet of polished concrete to an 800-grit finish.

A value retail prototype built on a fast schedule. Polished Solution polished the sales floor and stockroom directly on the structural slab, giving the store a finished floor with no added material and no recoating cycle.

Scope of Work

• Polished Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Tampa, Florida.
• Approximately 8,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
• Finished to a 800-grit sheen with a densified, burnished surface.
• Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
• Sequenced with the retail construction schedule and protected through turnover.
