Roughly 3,000 square feet of stained and polished concrete finished to an 800-grit sheen for the Epicurean Hotel expansion.
The Epicurean Hotel is a culinary-focused boutique property in Tampa's SoHo District. Polished Solution stained and polished the expansion floors to an 800-grit finish, giving the restaurant, lounge and circulation areas a warm, durable surface that complements the hotel's exposed-wood and wine-crate interiors.
Scope of Work
- Stained Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Tampa, Florida.
- Approximately 3,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
- Finished to a 800-grit sheen with a densified, burnished surface.
- Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
- Sequenced with the commercial construction schedule and protected through turnover.
