Project Overview
Two combined service bays of roughly 15,000 square feet of polished concrete finished to a 400-grit sheen.
Dealership service bays take constant vehicle traffic, lifts and fluid spills, so the floor has to be dense, slip-resistant and easy to wash down. Polished Solution polished the two combined service bays at Mazda of Clearwater to a durable 400-grit sheen, turning the space over to Park & Eleazer's schedule so bays stayed in service.
Scope of Work
- Polished Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Clearwater, Florida.
- Approximately 15,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
- Finished to a 400-grit sheen with a densified, burnished surface.
- Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
- Sequenced with the commercial construction schedule and protected through turnover.
