The Tampa Bay Innovation Center is a roughly 45,000 square foot business incubator built by Pinellas County in St. Petersburg's Innovation District. Polished Solution polished the lab, common and circulation areas so the building's exposed-structure design carries through to the floor.
Scope of Work
- Polished Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in ST. Petersburg, Florida.
- Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
- Sequenced with the commercial construction schedule and protected through turnover.
