The Moxy is a 163-room lifestyle hotel in St. Petersburg's EDGE District that opened in 2024. Polished Solution ground roughly 6,000 square feet of lobby and social space to an 800-grit finish, working around the hotel's exposed-industrial design so the floor became a finished architectural surface.
Scope of Work
- Polished Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in ST. Petersburg, Florida.
- Approximately 6,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
- Finished to a 800-grit sheen with a densified, burnished surface.
- Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
- Sequenced with the commercial construction schedule and protected through turnover.
