Project Overview
Our largest project to date - over 400,000 square feet of machine polished concrete finished to a low-level sheen at 400-grit for a manufacturing plant addition.
BMW's Greer campus is the automaker's highest-volume plant in the world, and the 2010 addition was part of a multi-year, multi-hundred-million-dollar expansion of the facility. Polished Solution ran the machine polishing across the new manufacturing bays, working around active plant logistics and phasing the grind, densify and burnish sequence so forklift and material routes stayed open throughout.
