METALLIC EPOXYCOMPLETED 2025Commercial
HOT YOGA STUDIO
SARASOTA, FL
Project Overview
Metallic epoxy for a tenant outfit of roughly 400 square feet.
A heated studio puts moisture and temperature swings into the slab every day. Polished Solution densified and polished the floor so it stays dimensionally stable, cleans easily between classes and does not trap odor the way soft flooring does.
Scope of Work
- Metallic Epoxy installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Sarasota, Florida.
- Approximately 400 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
- Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
- Sequenced with the commercial construction schedule and protected through turnover.
