Project Overview

Around a combined 14,000 square feet of apparatus bay and living quarters polished to an 800-grit finish.

Station #8 on Apex Road is a roughly 19,300 square foot station replacing a temporary facility. Polished Solution polished the apparatus bays and interior spaces so the county gets one durable finish from the truck bay through the crew quarters.

Scope of Work

• Polished Concrete installed by Polished Solution's own crews in Sarasota, Florida.
• Approximately 14,000 square feet of floor area within the contracted scope.
• Finished to a 800-grit sheen with a densified, burnished surface.
• Diamond grinding, densifier application, joint fill as required and final burnish.
• Sequenced with the municipality construction schedule and protected through turnover.
