Project Overview
10,000 square feet of polished concrete to an 800-grit finish between an apparatus bay and living quarters.
The Kathleen station is part of Polk County's program to replace aging fire stations with facilities designed to limit firefighter carcinogen exposure. Polished Solution polished the apparatus bay and support areas so the bay can be washed down and kept separate from the living quarters.
